Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group Deputy Chief Marketing Officer, the Manager, Marketing Projects : Ventures will be responsible for go:to:market activity to support Acticall Sitel Group companies in the Americas market. This role will focus specifically on the management of activities to support our sales efforts : strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, brand awareness, association relationships, conferences/events, collateral, PR and demand generation. This person will play a vital role in defining the brands for The Social Client, Learning Tribes and other ventures while working with Acticall Sitel Group Leaders to create marketing plans to help deliver on our revenue goals.
:Orchestrate go:to:market activities for all ventures in the Americas
:Establish creative multi:channel marketing campaigns
:Conduct and lead market and competitor analysis to benchmark capabilities, share insight with the venture companies within our Group and to develop meaningful and differentiated marketing campaigns.
:Develop targeted campaigns to increase brand awareness and support the sales and account teams to deliver on annual revenue goals
:Develop and manage award submissions to build brand awareness and achieve external recognition of our capabilities and achievements
:Write and edit a variety of engaging marketing content including position papers, e:books, brochures, case studies, blog posts, social media content and more
:Work closely with the studio team to create videos, infographics and other digital materials
:Work closely with the demand generation team to monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns
:Seek unique opportunities that build brand awareness in the marketplace
:Ensure all activities adhere to the defined budget
Bachelors degree in any of the following or related areas: Marketing, Business Studies, Communications, etc.
Minimum four years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

:Ability to execute multi:channel marketing campaigns from logistics to strategy and follow up

:Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects
:Ability to coordinate projects cross:functionally in a start:up type of environment
:Knowledge of sales process, administration and support needs
:Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to work well with executives, sales professionals, directors etc.
:High level of proficiency with various software applications programs, including Salesforce, Marketing Automation, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applications
