Job DescriptionOwlPoint is looking for an experienced ITSM/ITIL process business analyst for a 6-month project with one of its clients. This person would join an enthusiastic team that is helping a client implement ITSM best practices and the ServiceNow platform.Typical responsibilities will include:Reviewing business activities and helping client define current state processesWorking with client to document future state processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Asset and Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Project and Portfolio management, Test Management, Facilities Management, HR Management and Request FulfillmentDocumenting ServiceNow design requirements to support all process implementations using Agile Scrum SDLC methodologiesChampioning organizational change and adoption of service management best practices by providing coaching and training until processes become engrained into the cultureProviding guidance and input to stakeholders, leaders, developers and quality assurance testers throughout the ITSM programThe ideal candidate must possess a foundational understanding of IT Service Management concepts, have practical experience designing and implementing ITIL processes, and have attention to detail, good organization and solid project management skills. RequirementsThe following is REQUIRED:Thorough understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL best practices.3-5+ years of experience conducting process assessments, designing processes, and implementing service management solutions.2 - 4 Years of ServiceNow implementation or administration experience3-5 years experience analyzing and developing business requirements and platform system requirements. Professional communication skills.ITIL Foundation CertificateDemonstrated project leadership experience handling multiple simultaneous projects Demonstrated track record as a team playerDemonstrated technical leadership skills to manage and direct othersAbility to travel (75-100% of time if you are not in Miami, FL)Must be a US Citizen or Permanent ResidentThe following is DESIRED:Bachelors or MasterA cents € (TM) s Degree in Computer Science or a related fieldAdvanced ITIL or ISO 20000 certificationsExperience leading large process improvement projectsProject Management certificationBenefitsThe candidate will be part of an enthusiastic team at an OwlPoint client. The project is expected to be 12 months with possibility of extension.
