Successful 30 years old company is seeking a talented representative for our Customer Care/Tech Support department who is looking to work with one of the market leaders Point Of Sale software, providing exceptional customer service on a consistent basis along with troubleshooting resolutions. We are looking for a full time position

Job Description:
1.Front line interaction via live chat and telephones.
2.Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues.

Required Skills:

Intermediate computer knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages are a plus.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Outstanding customer service skills and a natural dedication to the customer service experience.
Dependable: Be at work (must have reliable transportation) during assigned shifts.
Excellent work ethic.
A+, N+ preferred not required
Knowledge of SQL Server preferred not required
Must have strong writing and communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong accurate record keeping
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.00 /hour

Required education:

High school or equivalent

Required experience:
