The IT Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing processes and/or follow procedures that ensure all information systems meet Ryders standards and end users requirements. This position will manage change control process to ensure system development and changes are successful. They will be responsible for a team of Quality Assurance staff ensuring exceptional testing is delivered prior to implementation. He/She will administer problem management process including monitoring and reporting on problem resolution and make recommendations pertaining to the acquisition and/or implementation of system software and/or applications.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar degreeEight (8) years or more experience progressive and practical experience providing testing support for applications, software, and systems.
