Successful 30 years company is seeking a talented representative for our Customer Care/Tech Support department who is looking to work with one of the market leaders Point Of Sale software, providing exceptional customer service
We are looking for a full time position in Doral area

Job Description:
1.Front line interaction via live chat and telephones.
2.Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues.

Required Skills:

-Intermediate computer knowledge
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages are a plus.
-Ability to work well in a team environment.
-Outstanding customer service skills and a natural dedication to the customer service experience.
-Dependable: Be at work (must have reliable transportation) during assigned shifts.
A+, N+ preferred not required
Knowledge of SQL Server preferred not required
Must have strong writing and communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong accurate record keeping
Job Type: Full-time
