The Human Resources Information Analyst, evaluates, analyzes, designs and maintains the companys human resources information system under guidance of direct supervisor.Requires a Bachelors degree in related discipline or two years of experience in a reporting environmentSolid knowledge of Excel, Access, Word and similar packagesDeveloping knowledge of Human Resources function, information needs, reporting requirements, workflow, and functional technology solutionsBasic functional knowledge of HR and Payroll operationsMust have good technical skills, including a working knowledge of system operating environments, technologies and applicationsSome experience in process analysis and design techniques in system mapping, re:engineeringADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet varying deadlinesAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with technical and non:technical customers at all levels within the organizationSAP experience strongly preferredExperience with other similarly configured systems may be substituted if relevant and up:to:datePerforms the following assignments requiring an overall grasp of one or more disciplinesMaintains SAPs organizational management structureMaintains the HR Responsible Person table in SAP and related databases and is responsible for the process of keeping the information up:to:date on an on:going basisMaintains the Report To SAP functionality up:to:date and is responsible for the process from research to system updateProvides reporting and training support to end:users by developing SAP queries, Access reports,Excel spreadsheets, or any other relevant softwareMakes program modifications to existing reports as necessaryHelps coordinate collection and preparation of routine and special reports according to business needsDevelops and maintains a strong working knowledge of the HR system in order to effectively utilize its capabilitiesTrains end:usersHelps monitor system for problemsHelps identify and implement corrective and preventive actionsHelps provide assistance in system upgrades/patches through testing, reporting and analysis of changes Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
