The Claims Management System Administrator will oversee the installation of all Claims Management (Liability and Workers comp) systems updates, upgrades, configuration changes, and other software integrated with RyderA?s Claims Management Systems. They will collaborate with Management, End:Users and Information Technology to establish system defaults, policies and procedures, and strategic plans for system use and expansion. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to work within a team and independently, have excellent customer service, possess an ability to learn quickly, and demonstrate an ability to troubleshoot issues (and then apply corrective action to prevent re:occurrence). This position ensures business continuity for Risk Management Activities through System Administration.High School diploma or equivalentBachelors degree in related field: liability, workers comp, IT preferredTwo (2) years or more experience in related work experience with Bachelors Degree preferred or Five (5) years or more experience of equivalent work experience in lieu of degree in liability, workers comp, ITStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to:Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).
