Dealer space is available for rent at Antique Mall Y'All,the largest Antique Mall in Miami Dade County The Mall is located at US1 and SW 174 St. in the heart of affluent Palmetto Bay's commercial district. Open 7 days a week the mall closes only twice a year, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Our strong repeat customer base is drawn from 4 counties as a result of a strong advertising and promotional campaign broadly based in print and internet advertising. Free promotional events are scheduled monthly with several large scale events yearly. Yes, you can GOOGLE us. Our dealers offer our customers a broad selection of merchandise including antiques, collectibles, vintage and some unique new merchandise. Our stock includes jewelry (fine and costume), clothing, china, silver, coins, porcelains, furniture, and everything else under the sun. As our customers say, "if you don't have it it's probably not out there." The Mall policy on merchandise is not limited to just antiques. Many customers are not antique buffs but are steady customers nonetheless. Not only do we believe in the philosophy of "you never know what you'll find" but "something for everyone" makes a trip to the Mall worthwhile. It also allows dealers to offer the widest variety of merchandise.
Our rental policy does not require a lease or deposits. It also does not include mall work hours. Antique Mall Y'All is fully staffed and has management on site daily to work with its customers and to provide an "easy to work with" format for its dealers as well as fostering an enjoyable group to work with. Rent payments cover all credit card charges, adverting, bagging etc. It is also a full turn-key arrangement in that dealer responsiblity ends after they stock their space. Assistance on space merchandising and pricing are available as well. Computerized check-out and accounting provides accurate and up to the minute account status. Mall policy calls for a mandatory purse, bag lock-up in lockers available at the counter area. This provides for security as well as breakage prevention. The space that we occupy allows for loading from 4 different entrances adjacent to our 2 parking lots (one secured). Only one entrance is accessible to customers.
