Position: Studio Manager Type: Part-time Location: Miami, Florida Job Description: Seeking a studio manager to help manage daily operations and provide general office administrative support to the photographer. Responsibilities and duties: . Managing emails and telephone calls . Selling photo packages to clients . Scheduling photo shoots and calendars . Following up with clients . Social Media . Bookkeeping . Coordinating with subcontractors- payments, paperwork, scheduling . Handle customer service questions and requests Qualifications and skills required: . Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Administrative Assistant . Very strong organizational, planning and communication skills . Strong attention to detail . Able to meet targets . Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint . Positive attitude and strong work ethic . Ability to multi-task . Spanish language proficiency . Good knowledge of billing and bookkeeping software is a plus (Quickbooks) . Valid driver's license We require a commitment for a minimum of 25 hours of work per week for a period of 3 month. Depending on the employee's performance, the opportunity may be extended with the potential for full-time employment.
