Job Description Receptionist Job Description 1 to 3 Month (Introductory Period). Front Desk · Responsible for answering incoming calls and directing them to agents, retention, claims or Ecuador team. · Receive clients when they come into the office and direct them to a conference room and offer them coffee, tea or water. Let the agent know his/her client is in the office. · Validate parking and Valet tickets as well as requesting more from the administration office when needed. · Received and signed for office delivery packages or mail. · Scanned or print out documents for the agents when it’s need it. · Prepared all outgoing mail and take it down every day before 5:30PM. · Send priority mail USPS. · Print and mail documents requested by agents. Processing · Check company email, find to whom emails belong in zoho, upload document and send it to correct agent. · Learn and familiarize with zoho and each carrier web site. · Organized and print weekly sales report. · Create and send daily and weekly cancellation reports. · Complete tasks assign in zoho. · Process outgoing payment checks. Scan checks, upload them in zoho and complete billing tab information and make envelopes to send them out to insurance companies. · Check documents received by mail, upload to zoho and send to correct agent. · Create Id cards when are requested and send them out by mail. · Create Q checks.
