Job Description We are seeking a Receptionist o join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Responsibilities: Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers as well as preparing outgoing packages. Maintain inventory of office and packaging supplies Maintain security by following procedures and controlling doorbell access Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments Coordinate travel plans, including airfare, hotel reservations and car rentals Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc. General customer service which includes courtesy calls and support Qualifications: Proven working experience with administrative and clerical procedures Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Professional appearance and attitude Solid communication skills both written and verbal, Bilingual a must (English & Spanish) Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure High School Diploma required, higher education a plus
