Transaction Coordinator: We need a sharp person to assist our head sales broker and our office
manager. Previous real estate/law office experience or license a definite
Knowledge of MS Word and Excel required, and the ability to easily learn real estate specific programs. Photoshop, Publisher or other graphic programs a plus. Must be able to write business letters in English, correctly spelled and punctuated. If your cover letter or resume has typos, it will not be considered.
Full time or part time 25-40 hours weekly, usually 12-6 pm. Saturday 12-4 is a must. Can usually adjust around student class schedules.
A few other requirements:
Must have a vehicle for occasional errands, such as delivering keys, going to bank, etc.
Must live or work or go to school in Miami Beach or within no more than 5 miles of South Beach location.
