Part-TimeTransaction Coordinator: We need a sharp person to assist our head sales broker and our office manager. Previous real estate/law office experience or license a definite plus.

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel required.
Any familiarity with MLXChange or Fusion, Forms Simplicity, and the ability to easily learn other real estate specific programs a plus. Equator a definite plus. Photoshop, Publisher or other graphic programs also a plus. Must be able to write business letters in English, correctly spelled and punctuated.
Part-time job 20-25 hours per week. We will try to be flexible with your schedule. Saturday 12-4 is a must.
A few other requirements:
have a vehicle for errands, such as delivering keys, going to bank, property inspections, etc.
Must live or work or go to school in Miami Beach or within no more than 5 miles of South Beach location.
