Our Opportunity

Media Works Resources is currently looking for a part time Office / Marketing Assistant for immediate hire to join our team located in Miami Beach, FL. This role will be required to be on-site 4 hours a day in the mornings, Monday through Friday.

What You'll Do

• Pleasantly and professionally answers and routes incoming phone calls to the appropriate party.
• Takes and retrieves messages ensuring timely delivery. Utilizes voicemail appropriately.
• Receives, sorts, delivers, and forwards incoming mail as appropriate.
• Assists with creating marketing materials and supporting the marketing team
• Assists with administrative and clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and scheduling meetings.
• Complete errands outside of the office including making trips to the post-office, shopping for Company supplies, etc.

What You’ll Need

• Must speak fluent English and Spanish
• Great telephone manner and communication skills
• Must possess a high degree of integrity, reliability and trustworthiness
• Excellent organizational skills to carry out administrative tasks
• Attention to detail necessary
• Ability to work overtime as needed.


• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
