Job Description Our Opportunity Media Works Resources is currently looking for a part time Office / Marketing Assistant for immediate hire to join our team located in Miami Beach, FL. This role will be required to be on-site 4 hours a day in the mornings, Monday through Friday. What You'll Do Pleasantly and professionally answers and routes incoming phone calls to the appropriate party. Takes and retrieves messages ensuring timely delivery. Utilizes voicemail appropriately. Receives, sorts, delivers, and forwards incoming mail as appropriate. Assists with creating marketing materials and supporting the marketing team Assists with administrative and clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and scheduling meetings. Complete errands outside of the office including making trips to the post-office, shopping for Company supplies, etc. What You’ll Need Must speak fluent English and Spanish Great telephone manner and communication skills Must possess a high degree of integrity, reliability and trustworthiness Excellent organizational skills to carry out administrative tasks Attention to detail necessary Ability to work overtime as needed. Bonus Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
