Friendly South Beach real estate office needs an office assistant.
Knowledge of MS Word and Excel required, and the ability to easily learn real estate specific programs. Photoshop, Publisher or other graphic programs a plus. Must be able to write business letters in English, correctly spelled and punctuated.
35 hours weekly, usually 12-6 pm. Saturday 12-4 is a must. Can usually adjust around student class schedules.
Must have a vehicle for occasional errands, such as delivering keys, going to bank, etc.
Previous real estate experience or license a definite plus.
Candidate must live or work or go to school in Miami Beach or within no more than 5 miles of South Beach location.
