Looking for an office assistant/bookkeeper in a small mortgage and real estate office located in Coral Gables.

Skills Required:

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of general accounting concepts
Duties can include but are not limited to:

Pay invoices on a timely manner
Receive payments from various sources
Perform clerical duties including filing, answering phones
Prepare various reports as requested
Data Entry
Bookkeeping including financial reports, accounts payable, accounts receivable (billing and collections), bank reconciliations

Salary: starting $11.00 /hour
