Job Description We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success in the Shipping/Dispatch Department. Responsibilities: Handle administrative needs of the Shipping/Dispatch Department Arrange communication between customers and Drivers Coordinate shipping pick-up/drop off schedules Draft correspondences and other formal documents Maintain and organize Department-related documentation Perform all other office tasks Qualifications: MUST be Bilingual (ENGLISH/SPANISH) Previous experience as shipping/receiving clerk, executive secretary, administrative assistant, or related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Strong Computer Skills Company Description NewVine Employment Group is a boutique Staffing company, based in Miami, FL.
