Job Description:/h3:
The role of the Legal Secretary Paralegal is to enhance the CEO/Attorneys effectiveness by providing information:management support, managing the CEOs schedule, tracking deliverables (to and from) and representing the CEO/Attorney to clients and others.

The mission of the Legal Secretary Paralegal to the CEO/Attorney is to manage deliverables owed TO the CEO/Attorney and owed BY the CEO/Attorney, and to ensure that the CEO/Attorney is always where he needs to be, when he needs to be there and prepared with what he needs to know or have with him, in order to accomplish the purpose of being there in the first place.

Please Note: these deliverables may take the shape of a number of different media (letters, emails, videos, digital files, verbal answers, etc.) and the deliverables may be owed from or to staff, vendors, partners, clients and even friends and family.

Expected Outcomes for this position:
:At:all:times there should be a current inventory of items, answers, information and deliverables owed to the CEO/Attorney by staff, vendors, clients, JV partners, professional advisors, etc.

:All physical and electronic files, passwords, account numbers, etc. are filed and current using an agreed naming convention that makes files easy to find in less than 2 minutes.

:All of CEO/Attorneys accounts, deadlines, expirations, anniversaries, and other schedulable:events should be inventoried, scheduled and tracked such that accounts dont expire without warning, anniversaries dont get missed or forgotten about, deadlines dont get missed or sneak:up on us, and the CEO/Attorney and his team operate proactively not re:actively.

:The CEO/Attorney is more productive and less:stressed:out with you on his team than without you on his team. While less:stressed:out is admittedly subjective, more productive isnt. The CEO should be able to get ten times more accomplished with your assistance.

Job Duties
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics; coordinating preparation of work product such as speeches, presentations, letters, marketing materials videos, webinars, books and articles.

Conserves Attorney/CEOs time by reading, researching, reviewing, verifying, and routing correspondence, reports and documents; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications; organizing client and team conferences, and meetings often involving travel; scheduling deliveries and other services; coordinating preparation of charts, graphs, videos, workbooks, slide shows, speeches and other materials.

Maintains Attorney/CEOs calendar by planning and scheduling conferences, teleconferences, and travel; recording and monitoring deliverables that are owed to the Attorney/CEO and owed by the Attorney/CEO with real and artificial deadlines; monitoring and in some cases directing the gathering of data, information and answers from various differ
