Candidate has to organize and coordinate operation and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. Applicant has to be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and be able to work independently with steady reporting to partners. The Office Administrator must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
