We are looking for a talented Office Assistant to join our company.
Responsibilities:
Manage bank accounts, reconciliations, invoicing, payroll, and sales tax.
Manage incoming/outgoing phone call and emails while maintaining superior customer service.
Under ownership directions, produce quotes and estimates upon request.
Coordinate appointments and collect documentation from vendors, clients, and Condominium Associations.
Coordinate purchases and keep records of payments and deliveries.
Manage social media presence by updating information about our company and services.

Qualifications:
Must be proficient and experienced with Quick Books, Bank account reconciliations, vendor payments, payroll, sales tax reports, and related matters.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Applications ( Word/Excel/Power Point) Desirable: knowledge in Photoshop, Idesign, Illustrator, and Imovie.
Fully Bilingual ( English/Spanish)
Strong organizational skills.
Social Media management
