Job Summary
We are in need of a Customer Service Representative at our Miami facility to serve customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems, and process orders. The CSR servesas an ambassador (customer advocate) between the customer and the company. Come and join our team today
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
:
Maintain broad knowledge of clients, products, and services of the organization
:
Documentcustomer interactions and transactions
:
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy and be an advocate for the customer
:
Accurate processing and data entry ofphone, fax, and e:mail quotes and orders in accordance with cut off times and other time constraints that may exist
:
Coordinate between sales and production to meet customer deadlines
:
Maintain good communication channels with product and support staff
:
Communicate with customers to determine expected delivery date and time
:
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustments; following up to ensure resolution
:
Travel with outside sales personnel as required promoting customer relations
:
Assist sales staff with expediting orders and communications with the production floor
:
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
:
Participate in required internal educational sessions to enhance knowledge of product and job skills
Requirements
:
HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
:
Minimum of 1:year previous customer service experience
:
Strong organizational and listening skills
:
Work overtime when required
:
Work independently and prioritize work in a fast:paced, team environment to meet required deadlines
:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferences
:
Read, interpret, and understand drawings and specifications
:
Previous customer service experience in glass industry
