Business Development Coordinator and Administrative Assistant
U.S. Construction Corp. is a commercial contractor. We have been in business for 40 years. We specialize in the construction of high end restaurants and mixed use projects. We are currently looking for an Business Development Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, and marketing support to our President and Business Development team. It is crucial that the Business Development Coordinator and Administrative Assistant has strong writing skills and has the ability to foster relationships and effectively multitask responsibilities while working with frequent deadline(s).
Job Responsibilities:
:Writing content for sales presentations
:Create sales presentations
:Speaking with clients professionally on a day to day basis
:Administrative duties
:Manage Presidents calendar
:Manage Presidents email
:Prepare AIA contracts
:Assist in
preparing/formatting/maintaining other business development:related documents and reports (Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Excel)
:Prepare sales portfolio
:Update company website
:Writing content on social media including posting on Instagram, updating Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
:Prepare and coordinate new client meetings
:Responsible for layout and design of proposals
:Maintaining company graphic standards across all printed and electronic material
:Maintaining existing image libraries and obtain new imagery as required
:
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
:Education: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, English Journalism or Business Administration
:3: 5 years of commercial construction experience is a plus
:Ability to create innovative and aesthetically:pleasing document designs and layouts for proposals and other marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and adhering to company style guidelines
:Exceptional writing, grammar, and
editing/proofreading skills
:Excellent oral, communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, with ability to interact at the client and senior staff level
:Strong multi:tasking skills : manage priorities, coordinate
multiple/concurrent projects
:Demonstrates flexibility by adjusting readily to changing priorities in a fast:paced, deadline:driven environment
:Demonstrates strong work ethic and quality in work
:Ability to work independently and as part of a team
:Strong computer skills required including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
:Ability to handle multiple deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
:Interest in commercial construction
:Personal: Must be a self:starter with ability to take ownership
