Job Description
Our dynamic and rapidly expanding transformational organization seeks a Bookkeeper/Accounting Clerk to partner with our clients and run the billing department for our organizations. Responsibilities include financial statement preparation, payroll, client communications, reconciliations and payables/receivables.


Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficiency with Quick Books & Excel
• Full-charge responsibility for company accounting and financial statement preparation
• Accounts Receivable / Cash Application
• Accounts Payable / Cash Disbursements
• Coordinate / Process client payroll with outside vendor
• Commission Reports
• Client statement generation & customer service for the Billing Department
• Coordination of external audits of client financials and other reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and driven to provide accurate and timely work product
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Assistance with special projects as directed by Senior Staff
