Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:
Supports onboarding and recruitment support activities at the Miami Global executive Headquarters for a leading global BPO with 2 Billion in revenues. Works very closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers and executive team to identify and screen applicants, post positions and schedule interviews. Responsibilities include: creating job requisitions, partnering with the HR support team to ensure the new hire onboarding process runs smooth and efficient. Experience recruiting / interviewing is also required. Candidates with experience in recruiting / interviewing managment level positions will be highly preferred. Participates in special projects and provides assistance to members of the Talent Acquisition team as needed. Coordinates the completion of the weekly recruitment report and is software savvy.

Typical Qualifications:
4:year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience Target:
Minimum of 2:4 years of experience supporting one or more areas of Human Resources or HR Administration. Experience identifing, recruiting and placing non:exempt personnel in a large corporate environment.

Skills:
Collaborative and proactive workstyle is a absolutely essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to articulate and interact with executive level decision makers. Effective organizational and time management skills. Must be able to maintain the strictest confidence with sensitive company and internal information. . Uses keen listening, acknowledging and informing skills. Strong computer proficiency, ability to use a variety of software packages including SAP/Successfactors, Microsoft Office, (Strong Excel) Outlook Calendar : multiple time zones.

Knowledge/Abilities:
Basic knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws related to recruitment activities. Ability to provide general administrative support and communicate effectively with job applicants, whether by phone or in person. Ability to present a positive Company image and promote our People First culture. Must be able to multitask while maintaining high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
