Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:
Supports all recruitment activities at the Miami Global executive Headquarters. Works closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers and executive team to identify and screen applicants, post positions and schedule interviews. Responsibilities include: creating job requisitions, partnering with the HR support team to ensure the new hire onboarding process runs timely and smooth. Experience recruiting / interviewing is required. Candidates with experience in recruiting / interviewing mid to upper level positions will be highly preferred. Participates in special projects and provides assistance to members of the Talent Acquisition team as needed. Coordinates the completion of the weekly recruitment report.
4:year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum of 2:4 years of experience supporting one or more areas of Human Resources or HR Administration. Experience identifing, recruiting and placing non:exempt personnel in a large corporate environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, articulate. Effective organizational and time management skills. Must be able to maintain the strictest confidence with sensitive company information. Collaborative work style essential. Uses keen listening, acknowledging and informing skills. Strong computer skills with the ability to use a variety of software packages including SAP/Successfactors, Microsoft Office, Outlook Calendar : multiple time zones.
Basic knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws related to recruitment activities. Ability to provide general administrative support and communicate effectively with job applicants, whether by phone or in person. Ability to present a positive Company image and promote our "People First" culture. Ability to multitask while maintaining high degrees of attention to detail and accuracy.
