Job Description:/h3:
We are looking to hire a responsible Assistant Manager to join our growing Accounting and Tax Preparation Practice You will be responsible to help organize and run our Accounting and Tax Office and fill in for the Manager when needed as you become more familiar with our policies.
Responsibilities:
:Assist manager in developing and implementing administrative and marketing strategies to serve existing clients and to attract new clients
:Gather, organize and digitally archive accounting and tax supporting documentation
:Timely data entry to meet tax filing deadlines
:Scheduling and following up with manager to successfully complete projects
:Periodically update company website content
x200B;Qualifications:
:Proven experience in an accounting and tax preparation office environment
:Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
:Strong leadership and organizational skills
:Deadline and detail:oriented
:AS or BS in Accounting or relevant field
:QuickBooks proficiency a plus
:Bilingual, ENG/SPA

Operating out a home office at this time, but currently negotiating office space in the Miami Lakes business district.
