Our client, a local Construction Company is seeking a Administrative Assistant, who has construction knowledge and has strong customer service skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Support executive staff and project managers - Stay informed of all field activities. - Must be customer service oriented. - Maintain daily reports - Maintain files and track documents pertaining to project - Basic bookkeeping. - Answer and screen all telephone calls - Fill out and send all required documents to customer if job requires a permit. - Prepare permit package and follow up on plan review status. - Request all necessary inspections from permitting municipality. Minimum requirements: Able to multi-task work in a fast pace environment. Previous experience in construction with a general contractor Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Spanish Customer service oriented Must have excellent organizational and follow through skills High School diploma Able to work M-F from 8 to 5 (and sometimes later) Ability to assist in the organizing of necessary resources, including people, equipment and time to meet tight deadlines Proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and strong computer skills Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $12.00 /hourJob Location:Doral Fl.
