Job Description:/h3:
Position Summary: Work with Information Technology (IT) Department to provide timely and personal communication to the Agency. To organize paperwork associated with procurement of hardware and software. Assist with the staging of new assets and continue the proliferation of asset management. Assist with processing orders as well as documenting and communicating customer service tickets.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Promptly answer phones for the IT to improve the responsiveness of Department.
2. Collect and document preliminary information about customer service request.
3. Enter customer service tickets requested in person or via phone.
4. Provide personable, courteous and professional service.
5. Escalate requests as needed to ensure requests are addressed in a timely manner.
6. Follow up on escalated requests to ensure timely resolution.
7. Cultivate relationships with IT vendors to ensure timely processing of orders.
8. Create and process orders for the IT/ Inside Sales Department.
9. Organize and stage IT Deliveries.
10. Coordinate the pickup and delivery of IT Shipments.
11. Organize inventory and supply closet.
12. Maintain adequate inventory of office supplies.
13. Maintain department copier supplies.
14. Help create a working environment that is supportive and resourceful.
15. Assist team with various errands when needed.
16. Maintain an organized and professional office.
