Job Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Responsibilities: Handle administrative needs of Executive Arrange conference calls and meetings Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule work-related travel, appointments and events Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls and receive visitors Develop and implement organized filing systems Maintain and order supplies Quickbooks billing and payroll Perform all other office tasks Qualifications: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills High School Diploma English Speaking, reading and writing Strong MS Office and technical skills a plus Company Description EEO CONSULTANTS offers legal based Equal Employment Opportunity Seminars, Affirmative Action Programs and other personnel compliance services.
