Kforce has a client seeking an Administrative Assistant in Miami Beach, FL. Responsibilities: * Answer telephone, screen and direct calls; take and relay messages * Greet visitors; direct people to correct destination while maintaining security awareness * Provide general administrative support * Receive and sort mail and deliveries; coordinate distribution of incoming/outgoing mail * Maintain company employee calendar * Maintain conference and meeting room bookings * Tidy and maintain the reception, conference and copy rooms as well as kitchen * Maintain office equipment * High school diploma or GED/equivalent * Must have at least 2 years experience working as an Administrative Assistant * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and FileMaker * File maintenance experience * Excellent communication skills and phone/customer service ability * Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment * Must be proactive with a positive and helpful demeanor * Internet search experience Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
