Responsibilities:
Answer phones and emails
Copy, Fax, and Scan documents
Organize files
Coordinate and schedule orientations and events, with residents
Clerical duties
Prepare minutes and newsletters

Qualified candidates should possess:
Previous work experience in condominium office or similar environment
Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write and speak)
Excellent attention to detail
Work efficiently and accurately
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook are a must)
Excellent communication, organizational and listening skills in order to interact with a diverse and multi culture population.
Excellent grammar, spelling and proof reading.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Team player
Must have an upbeat and congenial personality and excellent phone demeanor
Able to pass drug and criminal background checks
1 to 3 years work experience in related field.
Keyboarding ability with accuracy at 45-50 words per minute.

Immediate opening - Hours: 8:30 – 5:00 M-F
Associate Degree preferred
Salary based on experience
