Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant. **Bilingual in English/Spanish is a huge plus!** Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work closely with the Property Manager in assisting all aspects of management including administrative and financial duties Organize and maintain file system, and files correspondence and other records. Answer phones and communicate via email in a timely manner Assist residents and staff to ensure excellent customer service Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes. Organize and distribute incoming mail Order and maintain supplies, and arrange for equipment maintenance Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience. Condominium experience is highly preferred Customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive, detail oriented and professional Proficient in computer software including but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
