Sales Operations Analyst
Loc: Miami, FL (Brickell)
The Sales Operations Analyst, provides analysis functions for worldwide NCA Sales Organization including pipeline, bookings, sales productivity, incentive compensation plans, goal attainment and KPI reporting. The Sales Operations analyst will be able to document processes and data findings as well as provide details, and present findings to sales management, the individual will enhance the running of reports and automate each as necessary. The position will also involve creation and maintenance of complex spreadsheets and the ability to create and manage Salesforce dashboards.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities
:Provides timely delivery of daily, weekly, quarterly reporting
:Create and manage Salesforce dashboards for the sales organization.
:Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on sales metrics including but not limited to sales effectiveness, competitive win/loss result, headcount tracking, quota assignment analysis and other key sales and marketing metrics.
:Day to Day operational activities such as Commission Calculations, Compensation plan distribution etc.
:Perform data analysis and research, with the ability to manipulate, analyze, and recognize business trends.
:Assist with forecast roll:ups, pipeline, and trending reports.
:Assist in the creating of various KPI and QBR presentations with guidance from management
:Drive standardization and automation of current reporting, including developing new and unique reporting capabilities.
:Improve existing processes for sales forecasting and pipeline evaluation. Determine gaps in current analysis and work closely with operations management to improve existing processes and reporting.
:Coordinate with sales, finance, accounting and marketing teams to develop and implement solutions
:Responds to Ad:Hoc data analysis requests from senior sales leadership team as needed
Required Knowledge and Skills:
:Advanced Excel with strong technical ability to automate Reports (Pivots, Vlookups, Macros), required
:Strong Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), required
:Familiarity with (SQL, Tableau, Marketo) a plus
:Excellent analytical, problem:solving skills.
:Highly motivated individual that is able to work independently, as well as participate on team projects.
:Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to complete assignments given aggressive time constraints with high quality level
:Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while achieving time sensitive deadlines
:2+ years of related Sales Operations and/or advanced analytics experience preferred
