Job Description Office Manager/Payroll & Accounting Coral Gables, Florida Manage daily operations at the executive offices of a national financial services firm. Must be extremely organized and detail oriented, accurate, professional, multi-tasking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must possess a strong knowledge of general accounting software such as QuickBooks, specifically: Data entry Bank and credit card reconciliations Accounts Payable Payroll 1. Setting up new employees 2. Understanding the components of a paycheck 3. Payroll tax deposits using EFTPS 4. Managing insurance commission accounting Will handle accounts payables and receivables. Will arrange travel plans and itineraries for the CEO and senior executives, and maintain general office management duties. Additional skills in marketing and/or sales can be a further growth opportunity. Strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information is essential. Salaried. Immediate availability.
