Sapoznik Insurance is looking for an experienced email marketing savvy to add to their marketing team that will embrace our We Care values. The Email Marketing Administrator provides support to the Chief Marketing and Communications officer setting up campaigns, deploying emails and analyzing data. How do you know if youre the one?

:Demonstrated competency in data input and monitoring
:Must be creative with ability to think outside the box
:A strong communicator and collaborator
:Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
:Familiarity with web technology and digital marketing
:Expertise with Excel databases and functions
Job Duties and Requirements:
:Coordinate with stakeholders to define all requirements needed before beginning campaigns through the CRM database
:Responsible for day to day management and support of email marketing efforts supporting lead generation, customer acquisition and engagement
:Execute email campaigns for timely distribution
:Assist with segmentation strategy
:Collaborate with key stakeholders from social media, CMCO, CFO and SVP of sales regarding the campaigns and planning
:Monitor news for selected companies and provide those to the SVP of Sales
:Regularly report on email metrics from campaigns and programs
:Work with stakeholders to select marketing materials to use in the email campaigns
:Coordinate with Social Media Ninja for external communications
:Coordinate monthly events to include location, invitations and logistics
:Other duties as needed
