Bilingual Full Charge Bookkeeper/Payroll to work with a Professional Education Industry provider located in Aventura. The Full Charge Bookkeeper is a Temp to Hire position. The Full Charge Bookkeeper must be able to work a schedule of Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities : Manage payroll for 250 employees Full cycle Accounts Payable and Receivable, including preparation of monthly invoices, Purchase Orders and maintaining customer and vendor records Bank reconciliations for depository accounts General ledger input and maintenance Sales tax preparation Maintain required business documents Vendor statement reconciliation and discrepancies Deposit and cash reports Perform other related duties as may be requested Full Charge Bookkeeper Requirements: Must be proficient in Quick Books Must be proficient in Outlook and Excel Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles 3-5 years Full Charge Bookkeeping and Payroll experience Fully Bilingual English/Spanish Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision Able to pass a background and credit screen. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18.00 to $19.00 /hour
