Bookkeeper / Account Clerk Clinical Care Network, Inc. (Clinical Care Medical Centers) is looking to fill two book keeping/accounting clerk positions to work with multiple companies. **Applicants must have financial experience, be bilingual (English and Spanish) and excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. We are looking for financial professionals who manage specialized accounting tasks within our organization and are responsible for general oversight of financial data from multiple sources. Training will be provided. Responsibilities/Duties Summary: Expense management of multiple interrelated companies Daily operation knowledge to anticipate cash flow impact Organizing and reporting the company's financial information to accountants/auditors/company president. Presenting data clearly and assisting with analysis/interpretation. accounts payable accounts receivable Recording income and deposits Reconciling statements Managing past-due accounts Preparing financial statements Managing payroll for 150 employees and some 1099 Withholding and filing taxes An associate's degree in accounting or Bookkeeper Certification Microsoft Office and Quickbooks knowledge Peachtree Sage 50 Software Experience Posted by StartWire
